In other news, I shared pictures of what my dream house (of the moment) would look like over at Powell Brower Home earlier this week.

 

 

 

 

I’m also officially another year older.  But, no worries.  This is going to be a great year, according to my 8-year-old:

 

 

 

I already got some of the best gifts this morning, including two brown paper bag puppets, three sticks of gum and a decorated “gum wrapper” to dispose of it in when I’m finished.  I also got this a few days early and am having fun figuring it all out:

 

 

I feel so high-tech now.  I’ve even started reading my first Kindle book on it.  (I didn’t think I would like that, but I do…)
