Creepy, Cuddly & Just Plain Mad

She’s probably going to kill me someday for posting these, but I know other moms will appreciate the Halloween photo that wasn’t meant to be.  I tried to get a group shot before heading to the Fall festival this past weekend, and it ended up being one of those moments that makes you want to cry while it’s happening but laugh hysterically when you look back. . .

I’ll just call this series of photos “DJ Lance Throws a Hissy Fit”:

To be honest, I can’t even remember what she was so mad about. . .

HALLOWEEN

  3. Well we all know who the real showstopper is in the family! We all have one- mine just happens to look like Batman this year, not DJ Lance :)

  4. One Thanksgiving we took a picture of my 3 girls with their cousins and my mother. I thought it would be a nice family picture until my youngest daughter had a hissy fit crying and carrying on. I took the picture anyway to show her years later. Yup, I went there.

  5. Those pictures are so fantastic. Sort of way better than a totally posed picture since it really tells the story of the moment. Although, I have been there, trying to just get one picture and it is very frustrating at the moment!

  21. That last one is hilarious! I'm just impressed everyone is looking at the camera, especially the babies. I have more profile pictures of my kids than anything. Even if they are facing the camera their eyes are looking to the side. I need to start cutting and pasting heads in photoshop!

  22. So funny! Love your older daughter's expression in the third photo...looks like she's rolling her eyes at little sis. The last one is definitely portrait worthy! One of our favorite family portraits is my little sister when she was two-all dressed up and frilly with the biggest pout on her face! Such a sweet family!
