Favorite Baby Gifts

In case any of you are looking for cute baby gift ideas for your friends, I thought I would share some pictures of Sawyer and Annie Gray modeling some of my favorite things they received.  (Okay, and it’s another chance for me to show you these sweet little turkeys.)

Rachel of Trendy Baby sent them the cutest elephant bibs.  I’m not sure why the babies look confused by them :)  She also sent these coordinating chevron booties (because doesn’t every baby need chevron in their wardrobe?).

My brother and sister-in-law gave them these fun onesies from Carolina Baby Boutique—and matching sock monkeys.  Annie Gray isn’t so sure about her monkey:

And, Katie found these stickers at Sweet Birdie’s Nest.  They have been a helpful reminder for me to take their picture together in the same place every month.

And, if you’re in ever in doubt about what to take to a baby shower, I think all moms will agree you can never go wrong with diapers.  Thanks to our friends, we’ve yet to buy one package of diapers since the twins were born—which is pretty amazing considering how many we’ve changed in the last three months.  (Unfortunately, our stash is starting to get low!)

Okay, one last thing.  I thought you might like to see the birth announcements that Kim of Keller Creative designed.  (Photography by Lindsay Hart.)

Can you believe how much they’ve grown in three short months?  We are busy, and time is flying :)

Hope you have a fun weekend planned.  Check back tomorrow for a giveaway.  (I’m planning to start posting at least once on the weekends, if you have a few minutes to check in.)

  32. Oh my gosh, they are absolutely precious!!! Ahhh, seriously so adorable I could scream!! :) I love the last pic of them the best!! Looking through these brings tears to my eyes because I'm missing this stage (except for the lack of sleep!) mine will be two in a couple months and looking at your twins almost makes me want to do this again! (I have to do invitro to get preggers so actually I could choose to do it again!) I think if I could somehow skip over the pregnancy and just go straight to the two adorable babies than I'd do it! :)

  53. They are SO sweet, Emily! I think it's funny how at such a young age, Sawyer looks so much more like a boy, and Annie Gray so feminine! And she really favors you ... I see so much of you in her! Our Amelia Gray is growing more every day, and she's definitely more "girl" than our boys ever were, even at only 11 months. Love seeing this glimpse into your family!
