I recently discovered a series of posts put together by 15 bloggers, who each tackled decorating a room in their house, start to finish, in just six weeks. They each documented their weekly progress on their respective blogs, and it was fun to follow along. Yesterday was the final installment and each blogger revealed her finished room.
Here’s a quick sample of some of my favorites:

I’m thinking this would be great motivation to focus on one space and actually feel like you accomplished something in a set timeframe. The deadline would’ve probably also stressed me out :)
Here’s a complete list of the bloggers who participated if you want to check out each of their rooms:

PS—Today is the last day to to enter the bedding giveaway from Bedding Style!

I follow some of these ladies, and they did an amazing job on their room makeovers. I don't think I could have done what they did in 6 weeks. No, I know I couldn't.
ReplyDeleteWow, those look great! I am trying to finish up my little boy's room in 3 weeks and I think I will get it done! But his was easy, some of those rooms look spectacular and in only six weeks!
ReplyDeleteFun post...can't wait to check them out~
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for featuring my office space! Yes, it was a bit stressful to meet that deadline, but totally worth it, both to get the room finished and to have encouragement along the way from the other bloggers.
