You Have a Minute to Win It

When it comes to birthday parties, I’m all about easy and inexpensive.  (Remember that $60,000 party Taylor threw for her little girl on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?  I almost couldn’t breathe. . . )

Anyway, the birthday boy himself came up with the idea of a “Minute To Win It” party. (My kids love that show.) It required little planning and a few cheap supplies and was a hit. We got ideas for the games here.

The “elephant march” was their favorite game.  There’s nothing quite as entertaining as sticking a pair of panty hose on your head and trying to knock over water bottles with a baseball :)

And, if you run out of games, 7-year-old boys are always up for tackling each other. . .

A good time was had by all :)
