Parting with the Polka Dot Room

We’re just about to finish packing up, and I have a few more items to sell.  (Click here to see what else I still have left.)

My daughter’s polka dot room was one of my favorite projects to work on, but I’m doing something totally different in our new home and am selling her tufted white (microfiber) headboard and full-size bed frame.  (UPDATE--headboard is sold.)

I’m also selling the custom bedding, which includes three green damask pillows with pom-pom trim, one pink polka dot bolster pillow and a full-size duvet cover (damask on one side and white on the other with button closures).

Email me at emily {at} emilyaclark.com  if you’re interested.

  2. I love her polka dot room! I can't wait to see what you do with her new one though. Good luck with your move! I am moving in a week, so I'm going through all the moving craziness also. Can't wait to be done. Do you mentally "check out" of your house the second you plan the move? (You know, lose all interest in making it look nice, stop putting small things away, let clutter build up on tabletops that were always spotless before...) I've been checked out of mine for weeks; can't wait to get moved and get back to decorating and actually caring what my house looks like again!

  3. I love her room! That's one thing I find about moving - it gives you an excuse to redo the look of a room completely without feeling guilty!

  7. Umm, why can't my boy like pink polka dots??? (He probably does, he asked for pink crocs and a smocked horse dress from Kelly's Kids. Don't tell his Dad.)

I doubt you can make her room cuter than that. I dare you.

  12. What a beautiful room! This gives me a few great ideas, my daughter loves loves pink and instead of painting it I think the polka dots would work so well. I am going to show her these pictures of your daughters room, its really fabulous looking.
