I had the pleasure of attending a fun event this week at High Cotton Home in Charlotte, where Thom Filicia was the guest of honor. I also got the chance to see some fellow bloggers and Twitter friends, which is always a good time.
My friend/assistant Katie was my date for the evening :)
Oh, how we do love putting on our big girl clothes and going out of the house!
(I notice he always smiles for pictures with his mouth slightly open. Wonder if he practices this. . . maybe I’ll give it a try.)

Oh what fun...love him! Interesting observation about the mouth thing. Makes it look like he's been caught always laughing and having a good time. I should try this too...he! he! (my mouth is open).

Looks like a fun night out! You look beautiful!! And that is funny that you mentioned how he smiles...my husband's best friend does that too! He ALWAYS is laughing or has his mouth open - it always make him look great in pics! :)

ReplyDeleteSome friends and I practiced that whole smiling with your mouth partly open a couple of months ago-- didn't work for me! You and Katie looks so pretty here, and I WANT Katie's dress!!!
ReplyDeleteFun! I'm loving that zebra print dress! I had to laugh at your comment about his smile... I'm forever looking back at pictures and realizing I forgot to close my jaw before the picture was taken. Seriously, I do have to remember to clamp my teeth together, cause it doesn't come naturally. lol. I've always hated that I smile that way but maybe I just found someone with the same problem. But because he does it, it's no longer a problem, right?! lol.
