I'm forever clipping ideas "for the blog" but am sometimes way behind on actually posting about them. I snapped these pictures of some fun tables that I spotted last fall while I was at ABC Home in NYC and thought they were a possible DIY project for someday. . .
Traditional end tables are easy to come by at thrift stores but taping off the legs and painting only the top in a bright lacquer is a quick way to modernize them. You can also be really bold with the color you choose since the wood legs provide such a contrast.
