It's no secret that I have a weakness for color, and the bold mix of shades used in this house caught my attention. It was featured in the latest issue of Charlotte Home & Garden Magazine. (The mix of pattern is pretty fearless, too.) Enjoy!

Well that seals the deal-- I must paint the insides of my bookcase. And shop for a coral chandelier. :) Thanks, Emily!
ReplyDeleteI love that type of "fearless" design. Makes me want to step outside the box even more! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteLove the navy walls and green sofa. It's great to see bolder color choices in homes. Great inspiration.

That glass coffee table with the ram heads for legs is WILD! And the green lattice fabric on the dining chairs in the last shot -- preppy love. Thanks Emily!
ReplyDeleteSee that little table and chairs BEHIND the patterned chair in the first picture? That's what I'm not good at! I would never think to tuck that there. I can't seem to get the hang of using small pieces in little nooks and crannies. (hmmmmm . . . I smell a future post. Maybe?)
ReplyDeleteLovely! The built-ins remind me of Young House Love and their teal built ins.
ReplyDeleteWow - love it all! The kitchen is a nice sea of calmness among all the color.
ReplyDeleteyes! all those rooms scream you! love it. And that rams head glass top coffee table *swoon*!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat post
How perfect that they have Tony Duquette More is More on a coffee table!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful home! I love how they just went for it, and used color so perfectly. I love the coral colored chandelier over the kitchen table- I would have never thought to paint it that. Gorgeous against all the white. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I especially love that last image. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI seem to be moving away from color and more towards whites, but these make me rethink!!! Lovely images!
