There are tons of images to choose from, but I'm especially partial to the garden vegetables. Perfect for a kitchen or dining room:

Remember that bedroom wall I loved from the Charlotte home tour last month? Although they built theirs around maps, these vintage book pages would work perfectly for a similar display.
I love the images with a vintage feel. Some of my favorites:

There's also a variety of Christmas and holiday images to choose from. Whether given individually or as a grouping, these would make a beautiful (and easy) gift. Just pop in an 8x10 black frame and tie with a bow:

And, just in time for holiday shopping, Winterberry Cottage is offering a special deal for readers of my blog. When you ORDER 3, you GET ONE FREE.*

ReplyDeleteLove this Emily! I passed it along to my client who is doing her home office!!
ReplyDeletei can think of a million places to put these!
ReplyDeleteLove those...thanks for the introduction!
ReplyDeleteI'm going there right now. Love the prints.
ReplyDeleteReally sweet and brilliant way to reuse an old dictionary or any book for that matter. I have to do a post on a book that my mom made for my uncle. She took an old outdated gardening manual and made it into a story about my uncles. They have a huge farm in PA, where they have ducks, turkeys, geese, chickens, etc. and the book she made cataloging all that they do was incredible!
ReplyDeleteI bought a set of four pinecones and they'll be perfect flanking my mirror in the dining room (sort of like yours). I can't wait! Thanks for the introduction.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea! I just signed up to follow you after accidentally finding your blog while google searching for decorating ideas for the pottery barn chain rug. I have mine in my dining room, but I love it in your living room.
ReplyDeleteCan I tell you how much I love these? When I read your description, I couldn't imagine what they'd look like and I was instantly drawn to them once I saw the pictures. These are going straight to my kitchen! And that price -- why don't they just give them away?
ReplyDeleteJust made a purchase! Thanks for sharing. Your blog is my new favorite and can't wait to read it every day. Jennifer
ReplyDeleteVery unique! I love items for walls that aren't typical!
ReplyDeleteThose are fantastic. And you are right, they would really give a similar look to that great room that used the maps.
