Sponsor Spotlight: Vintage TownSquare

I am happy to welcome my newest sponsor, Vintage TownSquare.  It's a fun Etsy shop, with an always-changing selection of unique, vintage finds.  It's like going to your favorite thrift store without ever leaving your home.  In fact, I thought it  might be fun if we did some "shopping" together. . .

Here are a few of my favorite items currently for sale, and what I would do with them:

Vintage Spalding LakesideTennis Racquet

This old tennis racket immediately caught my eye.  I think this would be fun to hang above a doorway or as a great prop on top of a bookcase.

Vintage Metal Large Double Card/Catalog File Drawer

These vintage card catalog drawers remind me of library class and would be a really cool way to store jewelry, keys, office supplies, recipe cards, etc.  You could use them in almost any room of your house--and they're a great conversation piece.

Collection Colorful Bound Readers Digest Books

Although I have little time to read these days, I would buy these Reader's Digest books just for their colorful covers.   They're perfect for displaying on a bookshelf or table.

Round Clear Glass Large Ball Dish

This cute glass dish would be a perfect topper on some stacked coffee table books and filled with candy.  You could also use it on a bedside table for jewelry.

Vintage Metal Wire Office Basket

I have a thing for metal baskets as of late and this one would be perfect for storing magazines, paperwork and mail on my desk. . . .

Vintage Peacock Blue Glass Pedestal Bowl
I think this peacock blue pedastal bowl is really beautiful and would be the perfect pop of color on a console table.  It would also make a great hostess gift for upcoming holiday parties.

Rustic Framed Horse Watercolor

And, maybe it's the Kentucky girl in me, but I like this vintage horse watercolor.  It would be a fun addition to any art collection.

Lots more finds at Vintage TownSquare.  Happy shopping!
