I love this big sunburst mirror and the fact that it's the first thing you see as you come downstairs. She recovered two extra dining chairs in this bold stripe fabric and added a punch with these retro floral pillows.
The sectional was a Craigslist purchase and was in great shape. The rug is from Nate's HSN line.
I hate covering up a great rug with a heavy coffee table, so I suggested this glass one from Overstock. I like how the base mimics the chevron rug.
She sprayed these lamps yellow; the color really brings this corner to life.

WOW! I absolutely love her basement! The rug, the lamps, the pillows . . .love, love, love! FANTASTIC JOB!!!!

Thanks!
What a beautiful room. Did she paint the garden stools too ?
ReplyDeleteLove this Room!!! All the bright pops of color really make the space chearful and inviting!
ReplyDeletethis project turned out great!! I have some yellow lamps that I can't wait to use now that I have seen the last pic from this post.
ReplyDeleteI saw some girls ask some questions that I might know the answers to.
I don't know where the pillows are from but I do know where you can find the fabric on the pillows that are green and purple and white. It is called "Magnificat Avocado" at calico corners.
the garden stools: I bought some identical to the silver ones at Big Lots, except mine are white. they were only $20 and easy to spray paint whatever color you like!
I love it- especially the side table, garden stools and lamps. I couldn't even tell that she spray painted them herself.
ReplyDeleteThat is just a fantastic living space. What a lot of great features. It all looks so classy and stylish and also family friendly.
