Hi everyone, I'm Crystal from Plush Palate and it's a pleasure to be here filling in for Emily and to meet all of you! When Emily asked me to guest blog for her, I asked her if I could post on anything I wanted. She said yes and so today I bring you some color inspiration in the unexpected yet fabulous form of pink!
I know it's a bold choice to make, but what I love about these two spaces is how they show pink can be stylish and sophisticated when done right. We often associate the color with little girls, but why not bring it right into adulthood? It's feminine, bold, and beauty!
If you're hesitant to try out the color, I suggest experimenting with it in the dining room. Since it's a place that doesn't get everyday use but is usually reserved for holidays and special occasions instead, it's the perfect place to take risks and create conversational interest.
Alternatively, why not bring the color into your living room to enjoy everyday? You can use as much or as little as you want. A pink couch is certainly a bold commitment suited only for the most confident of home dweller, while a few pink throw pillows is a much more safe choice for the faint of heart.
So, what do you think? Would you use pink in your home? If so, where and how?
